Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Could you please try deleting and installing Rank Math again?
If the issue persists, it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
If the issue persists, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
Thanks for your reply.
I logged into your website’s admin area, but I was unable to replicate the issue. I saved various settings and also created a dummy post, all the options seem to be working fine.
Could you please confirm if you encountered the error on a specific page or you found it in the error logs?
If the error was on a specific page, then please let us know the steps to replicate the issue, so that we can investigate further.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thanks.
Hi Rai,
Here is what I know about the error:
1. Yesterday I’ve received the below text in the email from WordPress:
“Howdy!
Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.
In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Rank Math SEO.
First, visit your website (https://skeddy.net/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://skeddy.net/wp-admin/admin.php?page=rank-math) and check for any visible issues.
Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.”
2. After that, I’ve contacted my hosting provider, and have received the following from them:
“[23-Apr-2021 14:24:01] WARNING: [pool site-skeddy.net] child 1360 said into stderr: “NOTICE: PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class ‘RankMathAdminMetaboxScreen’ not found in /www/wp-content/plugins/seo-by-rank-math/includes/admin/metabox/class-metabox.php:53”
Please, let me know, if that info is sufficient for you to identify the issue.
Best,
Anatoly
Hello,
Thank you for the update, and apologies for the delay.
We couldn’t replicate any issue when visiting your Rank Math dashboard, as it is where the message is pointing to.
However, I’ve already raised this to our dev team for further investigation and we will get back to you shortly. We really appreciate your kind patience regarding this matter.
Meanwhile, please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime to assist you further with anything else.
Thank you.
Hello,
Thanks for getting back to us.
Upon further debugging your site I noticed that you are using a very custom installation. Could you please clarify where exactly do you store the plugin files as I don’t see a wp-content folder on your server?
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
