Dear Support,
We are using a staging environment to work and test on. After the task is done we push the work e done to the live environment. (we use plugin Softaculous) We are getting errors on the live site and the staging. The focus keyword isn’t shown after saving it how can I solve this?
Kind regards, Ivo

Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Are you using Wordfence? If so could you try deactivating and check if the issue persists. Else we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.

Dear Rank Math support,Currently we are facing an issue with the Rank Math plugin on our WordPress website. We are using SEMrush SEO to analyze the SEO performance of our website. Unfortunately, SEMrush seems to have issues with recognizing the <title> tag on the AMP-pages. I’ve noticed that when I browse an AMP-page on our website, for example, https://smartoptions.io/the-crypto-crazies-of-youtube-series-bitcoin-ben/amp/, I can’t find a <title> tag in the source of the page.
I’ve disabled the Rank Math plug-in on the staging area and checked again and the <title> tag is found on the staging, with Rank Math disabled. Is it possible to work around this issue?
I’ve already enable Rewrite Titles in the Titles & Meta settings area and this didn’t help.
I’d love hearing you.
Kind regards and thank you in advance,
Smart Options
Richard

Hello,
I have tried to log in, but it seems like the credentials don’t work. Could you check them?
Looking forward to help you.
Hi Alberto,
Weird. I thought I copied the password correctly. I resetted the password to the one in the sensitive data and tested it. It works now. Can you try again?
Thanks!
Hello,
The Health check plugin is not working on your live site and deactivating the plugins directly could break your site. Can you please add your staging site details in the Sensitive Data Section so we can troubleshoot the issue by deactivating the plugins?
Looking forward to helping you.

Hello,
To fix the AMP page title issue, I added following code to your theme’s functions.php file:
add_action( 'after_setup_theme', function() { add_theme_support( 'title-tag' ); } );
All the AMP pages on your site is now showing the title. Can you please confirm?
Thank you.
Dear Pratik,
This indeed seems to work. The errors in SEMrush are gone now and I correctly see
<title>
in the source code of the page.Thank you so much for helping us!
Kind regards,
Richard
