Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), can check your site URL in https://seositecheckup.com/tools/directory-browsing-test and confirm if the directory listing is really disabled?
If it is already disabled, please clear your cache, head to Rank math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and Flush SEO analysis then go back and analyze your site again.
