Have you added a rating to your review already via Rank Math? If not, please do so:
Unfortunately, there is no way to bulk add that to your posts.

What do I enter in rating value ? Do I put the number 5 ? Then does that mean on the serps it will show 5.0 and 5 stars?

You can set any number on this text box, for instance if you set the rating value to 5 then Rank Math will add the necessary markup to show the 5 stars on the SERPs.
