Can you please share a screenshot of the error so that we can check the issue further for you? You can use any image-sharing tool like https://imgur.com/upload to share the screenshot with us.
Meanwhile, please try reimporting the data in WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Import & Export > Other Plugins, then under the plugin column, uncheck the Calculate SEO Scores option below, and click the Import button.

Apparently today is not my day for technology… I tried to upload a screenshot, but I’m having trouble there as well. I tried importing the data again, and it gets to “starting SEO score calculation” and then encounters the error. If I try to import the data without clicking Calculate SEO scores, then I don’t get an error message. But then I don’t get any data in my Analytics, so I’m not sure how to see the results of what data I’ve imported.

The data is already imported after you disable the score calculation.
Regarding the Analytics data, please follow the steps below to delete old analytics data and start a fresh import on your WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database tool tab:

After rebuilding the analytics index of posts, go to Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics, and under “Analytics Database”, click “Update Data Manually”.

Your analytics data should be updated to the latest after that.
