Could you confirm if you have enabled the Email Reports from your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics?

If yes, please see if there’s an email ID added under your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics > Email Reports > Report Email Address?

If not, please add an email ID and that should fix the issue.

Please also ensure that the requried email ID is added to the Report Email Address field under your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics > Email Reports.
The email reports of your website will be sent on the same email ID which is added in the Report Email Address field.

If you’re getting the error message you have initially sent, please ensure that your website is connected to your Rank Math account properly to receive the email report.
Please head over to your WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help > Disconnect and then connect it again:
