    I use the Free Version with the version number 1.0.67.

    After the last update to version 1.0.67 I get the following error message in the header of my homepage (administrators area) and on every mask:

    It always appears in the right area of the homepage and is written at the beginning of loading the page. Under it the respective menu page builds up then – completely normally.

    The exception is the page “Media”, because here the media selection gallery is not loaded, it simply remains empty.

    Attached is a screenshot of what this effect looks like.

    I would hate to uninstall this plugin, but this error message is really annoying and the effect in the media gallery is serious.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    Is there any other way of your support other than using the “Health Check & Troubleshooting” plug-in? To my regret, the plugin does not run, probably because I do not have an account here. I have no real interest in running another account in another plugin because of a Supoport request to YOU.

    The available messages from the system are not sufficient for you to be able to determine at least roughly the area of the cause of the error? I mean, you are offering a plug-in here that is – in part – also subject to a charge?

    I’m a bit surprised that this effect really occurred directly after the last update.

    Although I have full admin rights, when I activate the plugin and go to “Problem handling”, I get this message.

    I am really very sad, because I really liked to use the plugin. With the rather disappointing support and the feeling to get always new hurdles, I will probably have to look at the competing plugins.

    We’re sorry if you felt that the response was not helpful.

    We did not come across any similar issues in our update of v1.0.67.

    Also, if you’ll closely look at the errors, they’re not pointing towards Rank Math, rather they point towards the files in the includes folder under wp-admin, and that is the reason why we suggested a plugin/theme conflict test to see if a plugin/theme might be conflicting and causing the issue here.

    However, could you confirm if by deactivating Rank Math, the errors are gone?

    Yes, if I deactivate RankMath free version, the error messages are no longer present.

    Is it possible that new variables were introduced during the last version change and these are not covered by my settings? (Because I did not have to fill these out before as obligation?).

    If you are not able to provide an admin login, could you please create a staging website, replicate the error and share the login with us? This should help us further locate the cause of the issue.

    I can set you up a user with full admin rights – as I have them. Then you can see for yourself that there are parts in the health plugin where I need another login.
    Would that be of any use to you.
    Then I need an email address to which I can create the user and about which I can give the user the login data.

    BTW:
    The upgrade that came out today did not make any change. Messages are present when the plugin is on and disappear when the plugin is deactivated.
