  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with the "Invalid enum value in field ‘itemCondition’ (in ‘offers’)" error in Google Search Console. This error typically occurs when the value provided for the itemCondition field does not match the expected values defined by schema.org.

To resolve this issue, please ensure that the itemCondition field for your products is set to one of the valid values, which include:

    • new
    • used
    • refurbished

You can check and update the item condition in your WooCommerce product settings. Here’s how:

    1. Go to your WordPress Dashboard.
    2. Navigate to Products and select the product that is showing the error.
    3. Scroll down to the Product Data section and look for the Inventory or General tab where you can set the condition.
    4. Make sure to select a valid condition from the dropdown menu.
    5. Save your changes.

If you have already disabled the Product’s data structure and are still seeing this error, it might be worth re-enabling it temporarily to see if that resolves the issue. After making these adjustments, clear your website cache and check Google Search Console again after some time to see if the error persists.

If you continue to experience issues, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further. Thank you for raising this concern!

    Hello Jeremy,

I spotted that something caused that the “Product” template disappeared from some of the products in Schema of the Rank Math Seo section.

Is there a way to updated these products globally?

    Thank you very much.

    Hello,

The option to apply the default schema to your products is only available via Rank Math PRO using the bulk editing feature:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/bulk-editing-in-rank-math/#set-schema-markup-to-default-type

Also, if you’re using the Product Schema, you may need to manually input the data in the Schema Generator.

However, the WooCommerce product schema fetches all the data from the products automatically according to your settings and makes your products schema-ready:

    Looking forward to helping you.

I have updated the products schema to “WooCommerce product” manually.

    Thank you very much!
