Thank you for contacting Rank Math.
Please check if there is a robots.txt file in the root folder.
Login to your web server via FTP and delete the robots.txt file present in the root folder.
It is the same folder where you have your wp-content, wp-admin
etc.. folders.
Once you delete the robots.txt file, Rank Math’s virtual robots.txt file will take over.

Please clear the cache from your caching plugin, and if you are using a CDN, clear the cache from there as well.
That should fix the issue.
