I can check that there is an error for the logo field in the AMP article Schema. Please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Local SEO and add an image in the Logo field:

After that clear the cache of your site and check the affected URLs again with Google’s Rich Results Test.
