    In 2024 I made a double payment for the annuity but I see that I was never reimbursed and now that I have to renew it they are asking me to pay again.

    I am seeing that in 2024 I paid twice for the subscription, around June 5th and another on the 20th. I would like to know if there is a balance due for that double payment a year ago, can you combine it with this new payment since the subscription is currently canceled?

    We do not have any control over that as that is charged by your government.
