I think I found the cause
I’m using another WordPress in my sub-folder
I put the robot.txt file in the subfolder, so your robot didn’t recognize it.
This error was fixed when I transferred it to public_html/
Now I have another question in my mind
I use two WordPress ones, one in the main domain and the other in my sub-folder.
Do you think there is a robot.txt file in both locations (one in public_html/ the other in public_html/WordPress2)
Or
the robot.txt file only exists in public_html/
Which one is better for SEO?
Which one does Google like the most?
How does Google better identify the robot.txt file?

You can use either. Both work equally fine for SEO.
Although, it is better to have just one robots.txt file and control the crawlability of your sub-folders from that robots.txt to have a single point of control.
