We’ve verified that our server has no restrictions on receiving connections from external IPs, nor have we blocked the User Agent. However, when attempting a reverse connection from our hosting to Rank Math’s IP 46.30.211.100, we receive the following error:
curl: (7) Failed to connect to 46.30.211.100 port 80: Connection timed out
This suggests that the system is blocking incoming traffic from our network or that the IP is not publicly accessible on port 80.
Can you confirm that this IP is still in use and does not have firewalls or geoblocking enabled? You can verify this with Rank Math

We checked our logs, and we can see that the IP address was blocked because it made a high number of requests, but not all of them from your domain. That leads to the belief that this IP address is shared amongst different domains, and so each call from those domains counts towards the rate limit.
We would recommend getting in touch with your hosting provider and seeing if they can split the websites hosted on this IP address to other IP addresses to prevent this from hitting the rate-limiter we have in place.

I haven’t been able to find the problem.
It’s not a firewall block; rank math’s IPs are whitelisted.
And even if I run the rank math analysis two or three times, I still get it to work.
The only thing I can think of is that their API is overloaded with requests, and sometimes it just won’t load.
