Error after updating to version 1.85.0.1+

  • We get the following error on our sites after updating Rankmath to version 1.85.0.1 or higher. Any idea how we can fix this?

  • Just FYI, this is a custom theme, not a MyThemeShop theme.

    I tried troubleshooting the plugin and I keep getting critical errors on your website.

    Can you please confirm if we can delete/reinstall and update the Rank Math plugin so we can conduct further tests on this site? It seems that you are using 1.0.70 version of the plugin which is a very old version.

    Hi Jeremy, it looks like the update has resolved the issue on marcorubio.com however, we’re still experiencing the issue on another site even after updating. I’ve added a user for you to test and updated the sensitive data section of the ticket.

    Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to replicate the issue on the other website. The Rank Math plugin was able to update successfully without any error.
