    Then, reconnect your website to your Rank Math PRO account by going to WordPress dashboard > Rank Math dashboard > Help > Disconnect and Connect.

    That should fix the issue.

    This is really bad behavior and I wasn’t expecting this from RankMath team.

    I have sent both screenshots from Payoneer and PayPal.

    I didn’t get a receipt or email or anything from FastSpring after checkout.

    If your PayPal email address is different than the one used on your Rank Math account the purchase would be made on that email address you used for PayPal.

    Please look through all your email addresses inboxes and spam folders for the FastSpring receipt and share that with us via email.
