error 500

    I am building up a site with Elementor pro, from I installed Rank Math, I get an Error 500 when saving changes at home url.
    I have just done all steps Elementor´s support gave me, update memory, swepp things, light the url….
    They also check for issues but they only says when Rank Math is disabled everything works fine, and I am affraid they are right.

    Can you help?

    5xx errors are usually caused due to server misconfiguration or other server issues. Having the error log file will give a clear idea of why this might be happening.

    You can follow this guide to enable debugging in WordPress
    https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ or you can get in touch with your web host, they will help you locate the log file.

    Also check if your website’s PHP values are not too low to handle the processes.

    You can check that by going to WordPress dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info tab > Server

    If the values are low, please contact your web host and ask them to set the following values:

    PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 150
PHP time limit: 120
PHP max input variables: 1000

    That should fix the issue.
