    I am already running a website with verified as owner in Google console (Webmaster) since last 2 years, now I am trying to add instant indexing for fast indexing of my site URL and following the tutorial shared by Rankmath, but I am not able to add second user as “owner” in my search console, can you pls guide how to do that, I am only able to add it as USER with Full access. Kindly see image below and guide pls.
