Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Just to be sure, could you verify you did all the steps to set up the Instant Indexing API fine? Since this error message usually is related to it.
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
Hello,
Everything’s done accordingly. what should i do now?
Hello,
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
I have checked it and you are getting a 500 Internal Server error. It suggests it is an issue in your host, so I would strongly recommend you to ask your hosting support to check it.
After it, let us know how it goes.
Looking forward to help you.
My hosting provider is GoDaddy and they are saying that its a plugin problem and not theirs.
I can’t help me out as there’s no error. They are asking me to remove this rankmath plugin.
What am i supposed to now? You guys are highly trained…please take me out of this problem asap.
Hello,
I have forwarded this to devs so they can check it in detail.
Looking forward to help you.
Hi,
It doesn’t look like the plugin is setup correctly.
Please check the instructions once again and follow them to the dot:
https://rankmath.com/blog/google-indexing-api/It is working for 1000s of other users so it has to be some issue with your setup or with a step you didn’t setup correctly. The method is tried and tested and works 100%.
Please check instructions and if for some reason it doesn’t work – create a new Google account and share the details with us so we can set it up for you.
It’s Working Now…thanks
