    I see this error how do i solve it?

    It seems like new tables are not getting created in the Database or some old plugin has left an incorrect entry.

    Could you confirm if you’ve already followed the below steps? If not, then please follow them and see if the issue is fixed:

    1. Please follow the steps in this tutorial guide:

    2. Please follow only the first 2 steps and clear your caches. The following steps mentioned in the article are for advanced users.

    It looks like the FTP account you have shared with us doesn’t have permission to view the other folders/files.

    Kindly elevate the permission so that we can see the revert the changes if something went wrong while performing the troubleshoot.

    It still seems that the credentials you provided for your FTP are still incorrect. It brings a timeout error for your server.

    Please update them and test them on your end then share them in the sensitive data section.

    They are login details of cpanel, you can access all files from there. The ftp is not working. Also, i am unable to edit the sensitive data ive been logged out of the ticket i think. Kindly check that too.
