    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

We used the Rank Math external SEO Analyzer tool, but it seems that our server was unable to reach yours.

This indicates that your server might be blocking our server from analyzing your website.

Please get in touch with your host and ask them to whitelist the IP 46.30.211.100 and the user-agent RankMathApi/2.0.2; https://rankmath.com.

After whitelisting the IP and user-agent, head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the Clear SEO Analysis and Remove Transients buttons to flush the SEO Analysis cache.

    Flush

Please clear your website and any server-level caching on your site before doing the SEO analysis again.

    The problem continues

    Hello,

We’re unable to check your site as your security firewall is blocking it.

If you are using geo-blocking, please temporarily unblock the country Portugal, India, Nigeria, Bangladesh, and the Philippines so we can further inspect your website.

Or you can share any whitelisted country name so that we can set this on VPN.

    Looking forward to helping you.
