However, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

We assume that you are talking about the errors in the SEO Analyzer and the fact that it shows one page without a focus keyword in the title.
If you click the link to that page you’ll see that the page title is Accueil while the focus keyword is Centre Laser.
So this error is expected to see on that page.
If you are talking about a different situation please share a screenshot of the issue so we can debug it further.
