Have you imported the Focus Keywords data from any other plugin? I see the post throwing error has more than 5 Focus Keywords and some of them has special characters:

The opening & closing brackets used in the Focus Keyword is breaking the preg_match function. I suggest you remove the Focus Keywords and add it again.
By default, Rank Math will only allow you to enter 5 keywords. To add more, please use the following filter code: https://rankmath.com/kb/filters-hooks-api-developer/#unlimited-keywords
