About your second issue, incoming links are the ones coming from other posts/pages on your site.
Outgoing links are the links you have on that page/post that link to an external site.
Internal links are the links you have on that page/post that link to another page/post on your site.
About your first issue, I think we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

He enviado al email las 2 urls y las capturas de pantalla donde se ve que están en noindex
Ya se puede acceder a la url que he dejado en Sensitive Data
Las 2 url afectadas por el noindex son
https://www.miwebdesalud.com/vacunas-nenes-siempre-si/
https://www.miwebdesalud.com/salud-2-0-que-sera-eso/
Si seleccionáis la pestaña de mostrar lo noindex no aparece pero si veis todos los post por paginación veréis que esos 2 están en noindex
En cuento a lo enlaces, igualmente veréis si entráis en cualquier post que no concuerdan los enlaces entradas, salientes etc… con los que están dentro de cada post

It looks like the no index tag in the posts list is incorrectly shown.
I checked both the URLs both in admin area and the post’s source code and couldn’t find the noindex tag.
Did you import Yoast data from any other SEO plugin or did you do SEO from scratch on these posts that have this issue?
Importe desde Yoast. También pasa en https://tuwebdecero.com y pasa lo mismo También en esta web importe Yoast.

We noticed that you have added those two posts to the sitemap exclusion list.
That list is available at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings >
Removing those two posts from the exclusion list will get rid of the issue and show them as indexable in the post list.
