    in SEO analysis, besides Theme Visibility I have found

    Hurray! Your theme is not publicly visible. No one can tell which theme you are using.

    What does this mean? and what’s the benefit of set theme visible?, how to enable Theme Visibility?

    It just means the tool was not able to detect what theme you are using (so probably no other people will be able either). That helps to avoid hackers finding theme-related vulnerabilities in your site.
