Enable “remove base” and “Remove Category Base” on established website

    Hi,
    I would like to have an information. I just activated the “remove base” and “Remove Category Base” options on my site, which has been online for many months. I only read later that you recommend not to activate these two options on established website. What can I do now? Should I deactivate them or leave everything as it is? Could I have big problems on the site?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention.

    If your site’s already working fine with those options enabled, then no need to worry and leave them as it is.

    You can always check your Google Search Console account’s coverage if there are some URLs that are not working so we can check your site if those options are the root cause of it.
