Kindly forward the receipt or the email address you used to purchase the PRO so we can verify it.
As for your issue, please log in to your Rank Math account with the PRO subscription in it and head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help. On this page, you should be able to connect your Rank Math account and activate the PRO version.

Once you have purchased the plugin, you can continue installing and reconnecting the Rank Math PRO plugin on your own account.
