Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
It seems that you have missed adding the login URL for your site.
Please add it as well in the sensitive data section to check further.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.

Hello,
I checked the sitemap, it is working fine:
I have added a filter in the theme’s functions.php
file to exclude the sitemaps from caching.
As you are using Cloudflare, you should exclude the sitemaps from Cloudflare:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/#cloudflare
I hope this helps.
Looking forward to helping you.
If you click on some of them such as https://criticalcontrol.co/4698adec9ed530cea8d-sitemap1.xml, you’ll see some are empty. Also this one: https://criticalcontrol.co/53631f302fc188e9b69-sitemap.xml only has 5 URL’s but there are 34 of that post type.
Hello,
I’ve checked your posts under Water damage restoration for example, and the posts are not showing in your sitemap since they are set to noindex
. I’ve set the latest post /chipps/ to index, and it is already included in your sitemap.
Please note that a post must be set to index for it to be included in the sitemap list:
https://rankmath.com/kb/url-not-in-sitemap/#num-1-the-page-is-set-as-noindex
I hope that helps.
Thank you.
