Hello,
I have this message: “The data sets are empty in your cache. You can wait for the next cronjob or Update Manually”.
When I go to SEO->setting-> Search console, I don’t have the button “update cache manually” but “fetching in progress”.
The last date that appears in “clicks, impressions, position, CTR” is “august 4th”
What do I have to do to update cache manually ?Thank you for your reply.

Hello,
Thank you for getting in touch with us and sorry for any inconvenience caused.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello Michael,
Thank you for your reply, sorry I can’t give you the login.
Do you have any idea of what I can do? Do I have to unauthorize RankMath and configure again Search Console?Hi Brin,
Thanks for the follow up.
You can fix this by following these steps:
1). Install the following plugin to help in managing cron events: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-crontrol/
2). Head over to Admin > Tools > Cron events and delete the following cron event: rank_math/search_console/get_analytics.
3). Clear you site cache and head back to Rank Math > General Setting > Search console and the update cache manually button should now be available.
I hope this info helps. Thank you.
Hi Michael,
Thanks a lot for your advice.
1). I have installed the plugin WP Control
2). I tried to delete rank_math/search_console/get_analytics, but I’ve had this message:
“Followed link is expired. Try Again.”
3). I have cleared my site cache and when I went to SEO->setting-> Search console, I always have the button “fetching in progress”, the “update cache manually” button is always missing. In Search console, I have now results until September 1st, but nothing from August 7th to August 13rd (66 days in cache).
I did it yesterday, and I tried again today, but it did’nt worked. Do you have another advice ?
Hi Brin,
Thanks for getting back to us.
Your host might be blocking the cron events on your site. Please get in touch with your host and check if this is the case. They may also be in a better position to cancel the running cron job so that the button can be accessible.
I hope this info helps. Thank you.
Hi Michael,
Thanks again for your reply.
It’s not my host who is blocking the cron events. So, as I can’t find a correction, I’ve currently deactivated your Search console. If you have another advice, let me know!Thank you!
Hi Brin,
Thanks for getting back to us.
This is quite odd that is is happening on your site. One more thing I can suggest is doing a fresh install of the plugin. You can do this by heading over to Rank Math > Import & Export and backing up your current settings.
Next, add the following code to your theme’s functions.php file to delete everything from Rank Math in your database:/** * Filter to remove Rank Math data from the database */ add_filter( 'rank_math_clear_data_on_uninstall', '__return_true' );
For the last step, remove this code and delete the plugin and install it afresh. You can then import the Rank Math settings via Rank Math > Import & Export settings.
Let us know how this goes. Thank you.
Hi Michael,
Sorry for my late reply.
Thank you for your advice, I’ll do it when I’ll have time and I’ll tell you if it’s working.
Have a nice week.Hi Brin,
Thanks for getting back to us.
I will be looking forward to your findings.
Thank you.
Hi Michael,
Sorry for this delay…
I’ve reactivated your Search console. It seems to be working now! just one thing, there is no more verification of sitemap working on it.Thanks again for your help!
Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.
I am glad that the search console is now working smoothly.
Could you please share more info on what you mean by “there is no more verification of sitemap working on it” so that we can advise further?Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
Hello Michael,
Before, I had this configuration:
Search Console – Overview – Search Analytics – Sitemaps – Keyword TrakerNow, it’s like this:
Search Console – Overview – Search Analytics – Keyword TrakerThank you again
Hi Brin,
This is quite unexpected. Could you please check for possible conflicts with your installed plugin & theme by performing these steps: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Let us know how this goes. Thank you.
Hi Michael,
I found it… I had put the domain name in the configuration, so I changed it and now I can see the Sitemaps.
Thanks again for your help.
