    Hi after running RankMath for a long time, the 404 monitor log is always empty?

    any idea how to fix it?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    I am afraid that the browser is reporting that you site cannot be reached when attempting to login. Could you please check if there is an outage from your host?

    Could you also head over to your WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Redirections and check if default 404 is enabled like so:

    Hi Simon,

    Thank you for your patience.

    It looks like your theme is handling the 404s in a weird way. If you switch to any other theme temporarily, you will notice that the 404s will start logging immediately.

    You might want to talk to your theme provider about this.
