I have updated the AMP settings for Rank math how can I clear the duplicates out so that search console will see that they are valid.
Hi,
Thank you for the details.
I checked quite a few of your AMPs but I cannot find more than one canonical in any of them.
If you can share a few URLs where you are seeing duplicate canonical tags – we would love to take a closer look for you.

I am using AMP for WP and in addition to the warnings I also get structured data warnings on my amp pages. They suggest I install their structured data plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/schema-and-structured-data-for-wp/
Will this cause any conflicts

Hello.
Sorry to piggyback on this thread but I have a similar problem.
When I have Rank Math Installed and have the AMP for WP (I have tried different AMP Plugins) I am also getting a duplicate URL. For example when I link to my home page via my twitter bio I get this URL:
https://www.wilderfuryfight.com/?amp=1
If I have the AMP plugin on that URL for some reason goes to my Blog Posts page, no idea why. If the AMP plugin is turned off, the link goes to my website homepage.
So I have both:
https://www.wilderfuryfight.com/
https://www.wilderfuryfight.com/?amp=1Going to the same homepage. Itβs not good for SEO. When I deactivate Rank Math, the URL with ?amp=1 disappears.
Can you help please?
Many Thanks
I have the same issue with 2x canonical urls, and google search console de-indexing my AMP pages.
I turned off the Rank Math AMP plugin, and I’m back to 1x canonical url. I will leave it turned off until there is a fix.
Update: I found the fix in my situation:
I initially installed AMP for WP with the SEO Framework plugin, then later changed to Rank Math. Both AMP for WP and Rank Math set a canonical url, and to fix the issue, you have to go to the AMP for WP plugin settings -> SEO -> SEO plugin integration -> Select SEO Plugin -> and select Rank Math, and be sure to select “Canonical from Rank Math”. I still had it configured as SEO Framework, which is why my site was generating duplicate canonicals.
So the bottom line here is you have to set up your AMP plugin to work WITH Rank Math, otherwise each plugin will create its own canonical url (I don’t even know what a canonical url is, lol).
