If you don’t see the new update, can you please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Status & Tools > Database Tools and clear the transients?
Then, proceed to WordPress Dashboard > Plugins and see if you are able to see a new version of the PRO plugin which you can update to, which should correct the issue after performing the update.
It seems that you’re currently using the Rank Math PRO plugin, but the account you used to open this ticket is a free account.
Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?

I cleared the transients but still can not see any update for plugin.
The rank math pro version is 3.0.77 on our site. Is there anything else I can do? I still can not use elementor.
For the invoice, I’ll check this with the manager and get back to you since I am new, I don’t have access to previous invoices.
Hello, I am having the same issue. I followed the steps you outlined above and saw no prompt to update to a new version. It shows I am currently using V 1.0.234 of Rank Math and V3.0.31 of the Pro version. Please advise on what I can do.

The most recent version of Rank Math PRO is version 3.0.77.1 where the issue with the Elementor Breadcrumb widget was corrected recently: https://rankmath.com/changelog/pro/

Manually downloading and uploading via SFTP worked for me.
I assume there is some issue when the PRO plugin is updated via the plugins page.

Sometimes when an update is skipped the automatic update for the PRO version might not work.
As long as there is no cron or update issue on your site and your subscription remains connected, you should receive our future update automatically.
You can always confirm your versions from our changelog if you are not certain. new updates are usually released approximately every 2 weeks.
