Elementor Pro Gallery conflict

    Hi there,

    I’m facing strange behavior of Elementor Pro Gallery (type:multiple) once Rank Math is activated the first gallery is not visible. Other galleries works as expected.

    There are 4 galleries, but only 3 working, the first one is not visible. I tried to deactivate all plugins except Elementor and the gallery stopped working once Rank Math was activated.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    I tried to reproduce the issue you mentioned on my setup but I was not able to. Here is a screencast: https://i.rankmath.com/447hGY

    I see you are not using the latest version of the Elementor Pro. Please update it, that might fix the issue.

    If the gallery still doesn’t work after updating the plugin then maybe some plugin or the theme is conflicting with the Rank Math plugin.

    Please let us know if you find the culprit.

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    Hi,

    thank you for your answer. I updated Elementor Pro, but the problem remains.
    I made a staging site and deactivated all plugins except Elementor and RankMath and the problem is still there.
    You can access the staging site as well, but I removed your admin account on the production site.

    Feel free to test on the staging site.

    I checked your staging site but I can’t seem to find the page with the issue. Could you please share a screenxast to guide us on how to replicate this. I have added a screencastin the sensitive section of the gallery working fine on your staging site from my end.

    Can you also add your site’s FTP access in the Sensitive Data Section so can debug the issue by editing some plugin files?

    Hello,

    The FTP access you added in the Sensitive Data Section is not working for me. Are there any IP restrictions? If so, please remove the restrictions till the time we debug the issue.

    it is FTPS, not FTP and you have to set a proper port.
