    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us and we regret the inconvenience caused!

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    If the issue persists, we would like to have a closer look at your settings. Please edit the first post of this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

    It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

    You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

    I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    Thank you for that additional information.

    It seems that you haven’t added the FTP for your website. Since this is an error 500, we may need this information to avoid any downtime to your live site for replicating this issue.

    Please also get in touch with your web host about this and have them check the kind of errors that are reported on the server logs. This will be helpful for us to find the root cause and provide an accurate resolution.

    I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.

    Hello,

    I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    Thank you for the update.

    I’ve tried logging in to your web host, and it seems that they have location security for logging into your account. Please see the screenshot in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Upon further investigating your site, it seems that some of your PHP values need to be increased based on the error logged into your site:

    [03-Mar-2021 15:42:14 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 1006632960 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 4849664 bytes) in Unknown on line 0

    Please contact your hosting team and ask them to set the following values and check if the issue still persists:
    PHP Memory Limit: 512M
    Max input time: 150
    PHP time limit: 120
    PHP max input variables: 1000

    Let us know how this goes.

    Thank you, and looking forward to helping you.

    I have contacted the technical service and this is what they have told me:

    I understand, thanks for the summary! I tell you:
    You have the memory limit at 768 M, higher than the one requested
    PHP time: is 120 also already by default
    the maximum entry time is also 120 and we could not modify it because this would affect other clients on the same shared server you are on
    the variables: you have them at 3000

    so to fix the one thing we can’t extend, you can add dynamic time in the htaccess

    you can paste:

    # Dynamic timeout extended
    <IfModule mod_dtimeout.c>
    <Files ~ “.php”>
    SetEnvIf Request_URI “wp-admin/themes.php” DynamicTimeout=800
    SetEnvIf Request_URI “wp-admin/admin-ajax.php” DynamicTimeout=800
    SetEnvIf Request_URI “wp-admin/admin.php” DynamicTimeout=800
    SetEnvIf Request_URI “.php” DynamicTimeout=800
    </Files>
    </IfModule>

    # Editor Optimisation by SiteGround
    LimitRequestBody 99999999999
    <IfModule mod_substitute.c>
    SubstituteMaxLineLength 30M
    </IfModule>
    ———-
    It is what I have done and the error persists.

    Regarding the authentication I can not do anything to remove it. I could send you the code when it reaches my mailbox, unless you have another idea.

    Hi there,

    We logged in, installed wp htaccess editor plugin. We changed the 800 on:

    SetEnvIf Request_URI “wp-admin/admin-ajax.php” DynamicTimeout=800

    to 180 that is

    SetEnvIf Request_URI “wp-admin/admin-ajax.php” DynamicTimeout=180

    and that seems to have fixed the issue as we can make edits to for example the contact page. We added a button and removed it successfully.

    Could you confirm this on your end.
    Cheers.

    Sorry, but it keeps giving error. On pages or posts with some content it gives problems.

    I have created entry “1” and page “1” so that you can check it and change it to your liking.

    Hello,

    I checked the issue on your site further and it seems to be resulting from a conflict with the Advanced Excerpt plugin. I disabled this temporarily and as you can see in the screencast I added in the sensitive section, the post saves as expected.

    Please check this to confirm from your end

    Thank you

    Many thanks. Everything is perfect and without any mistakes. Thank you. You are the best
