Can you confirm that you are running the latest versions of Rank Math & Elementor? If so, could you please perform hard refresh on your browser to clear any cached JS and then a fresh install of both plugins and check if this will resolve the issue?
If that doesn’t work, check for a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using. To determine that, can you please follow this troubleshooting guide?
