The only issue now, is that in the preview the URL includes:
?elementor_library=
That isn’t usually part of or needed for the URL to work. I can’t seem to remove it either when editing the Permalink in the Snippet Editor.

That is a query string, which might be getting added dynamically. If it is showing only on preview mode, then it won’t cause any issues.
However, you can get in touch with Elementor support regarding this as they might already have a solution for it.

I guess the issue is with elementor plugin itself, because when I’m creating an archive page, there is no way to change the permalink, i can change slug but not ?elementor_library= just before the slug.

Yes, the query parameter you are seeing is added from Elementor to clearly identify that this is a template and we cannot change the slug to remove this.
