Elementor and Rankmath Conflict

    Hi

    Hope you are well.

    I have been told by the Elementor support team to get in contact with you in regards to a conflict between yours and there plugin.

    When Rank Math is activated with elementor, it causes an error 500 when saving or a critical error on some pages. The site was working perfectly up until a couple days ago. Is this a common issue?

    Hello,

    Thank you for getting in touch and we are sorry to hear about the issue you are facing.

    Our team ruled out a conflict related to the Rank Math breadcrumb widget in Elementor when using Elementor PRO 3.26.0.

    But our team released a minor update of the PRO plugin to address this issue.

    Please update to the latest version v3.0.77.1

    If you don’t see the new update, can you please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Status & Tools > Database Tools and clear the transients?

    Then, proceed to WordPress Dashboard > Plugins and see if you are able to see a new version of the PRO plugin which you can update to, which should correct the issue after performing the update.

    Hello,

    We were not able to replicate any issue in the free version of the Rank Math plugin and Elementor.

    In this case, please share the error log of your website with us. Having the error log file will give a clear idea of why this might be happening.

    You can follow this guide to enable debugging in WordPress https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ or you can get in touch with your web host, and they will help you locate the log file.
