Either "offers", "review", or "aggregateRating" should be specified

  • I’m getting this product error in google search console: Either “offers”, “review”, or “aggregateRating” should be specified.

    How do I fix?

This is for a CPR education website and this is for 7 of their classes pages which are created in woo-commerce.

  • Hello Glenn,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Please add the offer and the review via the fields offered for that in your WooCommerce product listing. We automatically pick that information from your product pages and convert them into schema.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Hello Todd,

First I want to say that I really liked the plugin. He’s great, congratulations!

But unfortunately I have this same problem and I can not fix this error.

Can you help me by saying exactly what I have to do?

    Thank you!

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

The Rank Math plugin will automatically pick the ‘review’ and ‘aggregateRating’ values from Woo Commerce. Once users start to review your products from the store then the values will be loaded to these entities.
You should ensure that product reviews are enabled on your store via Woo Commerce Settings > Products > General as seen here: https://snag.gy/8tsf3o.jpg

To add an ‘offer’ value, please head over to your WC products and enter a lower product sale price as seen on this image: https://snag.gy/IL8vE1.jpg

    I hope this info helps.

    Hello Michael,

Thank you very much for the quick answer and also for the good service.

I’ll do what you told me and then I’ll come back here to give you some feedback.

    Thank you!

    Hi Celso,

Sounds like a plan. Do let us know how it goes.

    Hello Todd,

This time Google Search Console pointed out the following errors as missing information:

    – priceValidUntil
    – availability

Can you help me fix these errors? How do I include this information in Woocommerce?

    Thank you!

    Hi Celso,

    Thanks for the follow up.

You can schedule the availability of the product through the the products menu. Please take a look at the following screenshot on how to set this value https://snag.gy/qhGMvf.jpg

    I hope this info helps.

    Okay, I’ll do it.

Thanks a lot for the help.

Thanks for getting in touch with us.
We apologize for the late response. Your ticket was stuck in the moderation queue.

Back to this issue, are your still facing the same problem? If so, could you please share a link to one of the affected products so that we can help further?

    Thank you.

Rank Math takes the schema data from your product pages automatically and turns it into Schema-ready content. Likewise, the aggregateRating and review fields are taken from your actual product reviews that your buyers/customers leave on your products.

If you don’t have any reviews yet, that is going to show up as a warning in the schema testing tool. That’s because Google will actually look for those fields.

Please acquire some reviews and ratings to get rid of the aggregateRating and review warnings.

You can fix the SKU and availability issue quickly as well: https://i.rankmath.com/wtM5aM

To fix the brand warning, head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > WooCommerce and choose from any of the available fields to use as your product’s brands.

If you want to use a custom value for your Brands, you can do that by using the following code in your theme’s functions.php file:

Replace the “Rank Math” text with your actual brand name then run your website through the Structured Data Testing tool once again.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let me know if you need our assistance with anything else.

Hi, I just encounter this issue on Either “offers”, “review”, or “aggregateRating” but it is about my product category. I can’t add reviews neither offers as it is “category”. Any ways to fix this? Or do I follow the “Brand” solution you mentioned on your last comment?

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

You will need to fix these errors for each of the affected products in the category. Alternatively, you could also disable the product schema on the category pages via the Rank Math meta box.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

I have “Remove Schema Markup on Shop Archives” as ON in RankMath settings, however, it’s still adding it to the category and tag pages, which is causing the error in site console. There is no way to disable it in each individual category. I think this is the issue that everyone is running into.

    Thank you!
