  • Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out about the error message you are encountering in Google Search Console regarding the missing fields "offers," "review," or "aggregateRating." This warning indicates that certain Schema data is missing from your product snippets, making them invalid for Google’s rich results.

    To resolve this issue, you can follow these steps:

    1. Encourage Customer Reviews: If you don’t have any reviews yet, consider asking your customers to leave reviews or ratings for your products. Google looks for these fields, so having reviews can help eliminate the warnings.

    2. Remove Product Schema from Categories: If you already have reviews but still see the error, it might be due to the Product Schema being present in your product categories. According to Google guidelines, Product Schema should only be used on pages with a single product. To remove the Product Schema from your product categories:

      • Navigate to Rank Math SEO → Titles & Meta → Product categories in your WordPress dashboard.
      • Scroll down and enable the Remove Snippet Data option.
      • Click Save Changes as shown in the screenshot below:

      Remove Snippet Data

    3. Clear Website Cache: After saving the changes, make sure to clear your website cache.

    Following these steps should help resolve the issue with the missing fields in your product snippets. If you need further assistance, please feel free to ask.

    Thank you for your understanding and patience.

    Best regards.

    Dear Adetayo, I have checked my competitor by default they have set some values
    ‘@type’ => ‘AggregateRating’,
    ‘ratingValue’ => ‘4.5’,
    ‘bestRating’ => ‘5’,
    ‘worstRating’ => ‘1’,
    ‘ratingCount’ => ‘190’,

    In wooCommerce schema is it possible to set this?

    Please let me know.

    Hello,

    We checked your product brand page and we can see it is getting detected as valid in Google’s Rich Results Test tool. Can you please confirm if you’ve already enabled the Remove Snippet Data option in the Titles & Meta settings?

    In case, you’re facing the issue with some other pages, please share the URLs with us so that we can check the issue further for you.

    Regarding the rating count, Rank Math directly collects this from your WooCommerce product ratings and Google also looks out for those fields. In order to collect these ratings, we recommend you spend some time asking happy customers to leave a review/rating on your products.

    Hope that helps and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thank you.
