    Hi,
I’m wondering if you can help me with this problem.
Either “offers”, “review”, or “aggregateRating” should be specified
I have this critical issue in all woocommerce brands pages ( not to the product page ).
Please note that all products from this brand page have reviews and still have this issue.

Thank you for taking the time to check and I look forward to your reply.

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Rank Math takes the schema data from your product pages automatically and turns it into Schema-ready content. Likewise, the aggregateRating and review fields are taken from the actual product reviews that your buyers/customers leave on your products.

If you don’t have any reviews yet, that is going to show up as a warning in the schema testing tool. That’s because Google will actually look for those fields.

Please acquire some reviews and ratings to get rid of the aggregateRating and review warnings.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Hi,
    Thank you for quick response.
I have reviews and is not the case. “Please note that all products from this brand page have reviews and still have this issue.
    Any other suggestions?
    Thanks

    Hello,

I’ve checked the link that you sent, and it seems that it is a product category.

Google recommends disabling the schema to your product category archives. The Product Schema is only for the actual product, and not for anything else. You can check this link for more information:
    https://developers.google.com/search/docs/data-types/product#guidelines

In this case, you may need to enable the Remove Snippet Data option in Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Product Categories as that removes the product schema only from your category pages and fix the issue.

Once done, clear your website’s cache and revalidate the error in your Google Search Console, then give it some time to be recrawled.

    Hope that helps.

    Thank you.

    Hi
I have removed schema data from Brand and now there is no issue.
Thank you very much for your help. Much appreciated
