I’ve checked the URL you’ve shared and it seems like you’re using product schema in your product categories, but product categories shouldn’t have any product schemas in them.
However, to resolve the issue you’re encountering with, please head over to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Product: Categories and enable the “Remove Snippet Data”:

Clear your website cache after doing so and let us know if the issue persists after testing it in the Rich Result Test.

ive done Categories and enable the “Remove Snippet Data” option
yet days later the errors are becoming more and more and the fix cant be validated “Cannot continue validation process” on google search console.
how do i fix this
despite enabling this option i can still see collections have the data on the rich snippet tool.

In this case, please clear your website’s cache and revalidate the issue in your Google Search Console account
