Please note, we need both an admin user to troubleshoot the settings, and an editor user to check if any changes made are working. Please provide credentials for both.
In the mean time, you can double check that the Role Manager is active and set to allow ‘Editor’ users to use the content AI. To do that, go to Rank Math > Dashboard and toggle on “Role Manager” if it is off. Next, Go to Rank Math > Role Manager and make sure “Content AI” is checked under “Editor”. If you make any changes, click “Update Capabilities” at the bottom of the page. Screenshot:

Once you’re sure the setting for editors to use Content AI is active, the next troubleshooting step would be to perform a plugin/theme conflict check. You can check our guide for how to do so: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/. If you find a conflict, please contact the theme/plugin author as they may already have a solution for this. Please also let us know as it will help in troubleshooting further.

I did clear the website and browser’s cache as well as logged in other devices but it still does not work

I logged into your website’s admin area and noticed that you have an older version of Rank Math PRO plugin installed. As you’ve posted this ticket with a Free Rank Math account, could you share the email address you used to purchase the PRO subscription?
Also, we would like to reset the user roles of Role Manager using a code snippet. Please also share the FTP login of the website so that we can have a closer look.

I can check that the email that you have shared doesn’t have the PRO subscription. Also, the Content AI is accessible in the Editor role when we access your site as an editor. If the issue persists on your end, please share FTP access so we can reset the roles on your site.
