To change the language of Rank Math to Chinese, you need to have a Chinese WordPress installation.
We rely on the user’s contribution for translations, so if you wish to help, you can send the translated version of the .pot file under the languages folder of the Rank Math plugin.
The current Chinese translation is already the simplified Chinese if you check the translation page: https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/zh-cn/default/wp-plugins/seo-by-rank-math/
