You can use a tool like ImgBB to share screenshots with us.
Please navigate to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard. In the top-right corner, click on Advanced Mode as shown below:
After enabling the Advanced mode head over to Rank Math > General Settings > Edit Robots.txt. Here you will be able to edit your robots.txt file.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
