I’ve checked your site and replicated the issue then got this error:
api-fetch.min.js:2 POST https://satinwebsolutions.com/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta?_locale=user 403
Uncaught (in promise) {code: "invalid_json", message: "The response is not a valid JSON response."}
Those errors usually are caused when something is blocking access to the WordPress REST API. If you are using a firewall, please disable that temporarily and see if the issue goes away.
I would recommend getting in touch with your web host to check if something is blocking the WordPress API REST. You should also ask them to check the Firewall Settings and whitelist the updateMeta rule.

Thanks for looking into it. I found that same error and am on chat support right now with WP Engine since they manage their own firewall.
