@Victor, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include the URL of the affected page & WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

I logged into your website’s admin area but I was unable to replicate the issue. The meta title and description are saved without any issues.

I checked the page that you’ve shared in the sensitive data section and I was able to replicate the issue.
Upon further investigating, I found that the “Advanced Custom Fields PRO” plugin is causing the issue on that page.
Please see the screencast available in the sensitive data section of this ticket and confirm it on your end.

We use that plugin on all other pages, so it doesn’t really makes sense that it only messes up on that single page.
