Hi Firat,
You just need to delete the file. You don’t need to change the permission on the robots.txt.
You only need to change the permission on the .htaccess file. Please set it as 644 and if that doesn’t work, you can try 755.

Not worked for both suggestion that you have made ..
There is still same problem.
I solved the problem.
I changed the following value in wp-config.php:
from
define ('DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT', true);
in
define ('DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT', false);
may be helpful for other users.

Hi Fom,
Did the solution Sakis offered not help? Moreover, it seems like you have firewall enabled on your server which might prevent files from getting overwritten by Rank Math.
With that said, you can make changes directly in those files if you can’t make the changes via Rank Math. It will attain the same result.
