Whenever a new post type is detected, Rank Math notifies you that you can manage its SEO settings from your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Titles & Meta.
Also, you can modify the Sitemap settings for the post type from your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings.
That plugin must be generating a CPT and that is why Rank Math detected it.

However, you can dismiss the notification by clicking on the X button on the right side of the notification and if you do not wish to modify the settings, then you can leave them as it is.

Can I be confident that the post that contains affiliate links are going to be correctly indexed but not the affiliate links in itselfs?
I already checked the no index, no follow box, and excluded from sitemap

If you’ve Noindexed the CPT, then the pages from that CPT should not get indexed as Google would be able to see the No Index tags.
As for the posts that contain the affiliate links, assuming the posts are set to index, they would not be affected by this.

I have one more doubt.
The affiliate links plugin creates redirections. These redirections don’t conflict with RM that can be used for redirections too?
There are not really CPT. The plugins redirect between a friendly url from my domain, to the long affiliate business url.

I would suggest you test the redirections of the Affiliate Links plugin along with Rank Math’s redirection module in a testing website. If everything seems fine, you can continue using them together.
