The hostload exceeded error is technically the same as the ‘crawl rate limit’ exceeded.
Though, usually crawl budget is associated with bigger sites. But note that, small sites can have issues with the crawl budget as well.
If you have a new site, naturally the crawl budget can be low. But, Google should automatically extend the crawl budget for your sites time by time, depending on the demand.

Yes, I read that Rank Math article earlier, I have tried contacting my Namecheap hosting company for help, yet they keep pushing me away saying it is not within their jurisdiction. They also say they are only an hosting company and not an seo company despite explaining to them.And, all these problems started after switching to VPS. It is not getting better as my traffic is almost disappearing. I can’t also publish again because my links are rejected. Pls, is there no other way out?
