I have tested your site here: https://www.siteliner.com/ and it seems you have a lot of duplicate content. Google recommends that for duplicate pages, you should add a canonical URL to show the original page.
You can add the canonical URL in Rank math metabox under Advanced tab.

Would I put the amazon url for the canonical link?
Or how would confirm where the duplicate content is from?

I wouldn’t recommend setting the canonical to Amazon if you want to rank using SEO since Google will rank then the Amazon site instead of your site.
I would try to edit the text of the products to make Google determine it is not duplicated content.
You can check which links are duplicated content using some tools like https://www.siteliner.com/

Looking at siteliner when I view the links siteliner say that Internal duplicate content found for the site.
I have set the canonical link for each so what would be you best advise be to correct the issue?

Canonical won’t remove the duplicate message from siteliner, it will just tell Google from where your content comes from so they don’t penalize you for duplicated content. As far as you set the canonical with the original content source, you don’t need to worry about siteliner, Google won’t penalize you for having duplicate content.
