Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with the duplicate Schema error on your homepage. Thank you for providing the link to your site.
1. Duplicate Schema Error
The duplicate Schema error can occur if there are multiple instances of the same Schema type being generated, even if you believe you’ve only added it once. This can happen due to:
- Theme or Plugin Conflicts: Sometimes, themes or other plugins may automatically add their own Schema markup, leading to duplication.
- Caching Issues: If you have caching enabled, it might be serving an older version of your page that still contains the previous Schema.
To resolve this, you can try the following steps:
- Check for Conflicts: Temporarily disable other plugins to see if the issue persists. If it resolves, re-enable them one by one to identify the conflicting plugin.
- Clear Cache: Clear any caching on your site and in your browser to ensure you’re viewing the latest version of your page.
- Review Theme Settings: Check if your theme has built-in Schema options that might be conflicting with Rank Math.
2. Not Seeing the Code Snippet
If you’re not able to see the full code snippet in the Schema output, it could be due to:
- Incorrect Implementation: Ensure that the Schema is correctly implemented in your Rank Math settings.
- JavaScript Conflicts: Sometimes, JavaScript errors on the page can prevent proper rendering of the Schema.
To troubleshoot this:
- Use Google’s Rich Results Testing Tool to validate your Schema and see if there are any errors reported.
- Check your browser’s console for any JavaScript errors that might be affecting the output.
If these steps do not resolve the issues, we recommend replying to this ticket with any additional details or errors you encounter. A human agent from our support team will be able to assist you further and check your settings directly.
Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to helping you resolve this issue!

Why Are My Rich Snippets Not Showing Up in Google Search? » Rank Math
Hello,
Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
Rank Math already adds the Organization schema by default, so adding another custom one can cause duplicates. You can manage all the Organization details directly in Rank Math → Titles & Meta → Local SEO. Please remove the extra schema you created, and the duplicate error should be resolved.
As for the code snippet not showing fully, that’s expected since some testing tools may display it in a shortened format. You can view the complete output using Google’s Rich Results Test.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us if you have any other questions.
